LIVE AFTER DETH
Hangar 18 live at The Gig
Hollywood, CA
November 18, 2004

What an evening! It was a once-in-a-lifetime event as Megadeth legends Chris Poland, David Ellefson, and Nick Menza took the stage with Hangar 18 and jammed out a couple of Megadeth classics at The Gig in Hollywood on a mid-November eve.

An event of both past and present, the show also featured current projects from Chris Poland (OHM) and David Ellefson (F5). And to Hangar 18's unending delight, everything was spelled correctly.

The set began with Megadeth tunes classic and obscure, performed by the four members of Hangar 18.

The Gig, although a small place, was filled with an enthusiastic audience eager for this historical event. Here a headbanging crowd (and members of F5 in the background) watch LA's premier tribute to Megadeth.

Despite the dour expression on his face here, Dave Scott Chedrick Samuelson enjoyed his two mile commute to what was, for him, a very local venue.

Hangar 18's fiery sylph Mellefson was a bit under the weather that evening, but did not let it stop her from putting on an energetic performance.

She soon left the stage to make way for former Megadeth bassist David Ellefson, who came onstage with former Megadeth drummer Nick Menza and "Wake Up Dead" with Fro Mustaine and Vic Doty.

On to the Mega-jam...
