Hangar 18 live at TC's
Huntington Beach, CA
January 9, 2004

Our first show of the year, and our local gig in quite a few months, the small, friendly atmosphere at TC's was a great way to get things started!

William "Fro Mustaine" Rustrum and Melanie "Mellefson" Sisneros bear teeth and jam back to back at a show that also included Blackout - tribute to the Scorpions and Electric, a tribute to The Cult.

Dave Scott Chedrick Samuelson spent the day recording drums for his original band, Dreams of Damnation,'s upcoming release before poundin skins at TC's.

Guitarist Michael "Mikey Friedman" Johnson proudly weas one of our brand new Hangar 18/Radiation symbol t-shirts, available at any Hangar 18 show and, coming soon, via our online store!

My my how the fro does grow! After the show, we hit the local Denny's for chow and socialization (conveniently, Denny's is located right across the street from TC's), and we showed this picture to one of the waitresses who concurred that Fro Mustaine's hair is postively the largest she's seen!

The six-string fury of Fro Mustaine and Mikey Friedman

And the five strings of Miss Mellefson.

Mikey Friedman has been assuming all of the lead guitar duties as of late, while co-guitarist Marty "Vic" Doty has taken some time off to welcome a new baby into the Doty household.

Flyer Gallery: An old flyer renewed with the addition of our new slogan "Megadeth is Our Business..." and a few other minor changes.
