Hangar 18 live at Rooster's Roadhouse
Alameda, CA
October 30, 2004

Halloween by the bay! Hangar 18 was pleased to be invited to celebrate Halloween back at Rooster's Roadhouse in Northern Caliifornia. And so, in our Halloween best, we joined a bill aptly featuring Children of the Damned (Iron Maiden Tribute), Destroyer (KISS tribute) and Brewtallica (tribute to Metallica)

Even Vic Rattlehead was festive, having brought along a jack-o-lantern.

And of course, as appropriate for the most wicked night of the year, Hangar 18 was in costume (well, most of us were!), this year themed as comic book superheroes!

Who is the man behind the mask? Jonah Jamison would love to know that Spiderman's real identity is... Marty "Vic" Doty, guitar shredsman for Hangar 18!

Dave Scott Chedrick Samuelson was angry. And you know what happens when he gets angry... you wouldn't like him when he's angry! Yes, Dave Scott has become the Incredible Hulk, although it appears that sweat makes his hulkiness drip off into a messy green goo -- dripping til there's nothing left, save a green globule. Wonder if this is what happened to Spinal Tap's drummer...?

DC comic book heroes were covered in the Hangar 18 camp by mini-Amazon princess, Melanie "Mellefson" Sisneros.

Poor William "Fro Mustaine" Rustrum was ill that night and thus did not don costume (no, he's not dressed up like Howard Stern OR Dan Lilker; sorry!). Despite not feeling 100%, Fro Mustaine kept his humor up, caught here in a small smile, while he kicked 100% ass.

Vic n Mellefson weild their superpowers in the name of Metal to an enthusiastic late night Rooster's Roadhouse crowd.

A green face from behind the brass offers two sticks up.

Hangar 18's Halloween set featured earlier Megadeth tunes, mostly from the first four albums, and with new set addition, "Skin of My Teeth" from Countdown to Extinction.

Flyer Gallery: The Rooster's Roadhouse flyer featured original artwork by Melanie Sisneros, including an alien rendition of Vic Rattlehead and an appropriately dressed pumpkin!

Special thanks to Carol Anderson for again making the trip out with us, for taking the pictures on this page, and for all your help! Also thanks to Lynda Rizzo for having us out again!
