Hangar 18 at The Red Devil Lounge
San Francisco, CA
February 27, 2010

Our friends at Bay Area Tributes know how to throw a party, so Hangar 18 was thrilled to be invited back north, this time to wish BAT's own Eric Mortensen a happy birthday with a night of metal.

Located in exciting downtown San Francisco - the Red Devil Lounge.

Not too far from the Red Devil Lounge, familiar looking letters loom over this Mega-gym. Coincidence...?

Our mispelled moniker hangs alongside two excellent San Francisco tributes, Strangers in the Night (tribute to UFO) and Children of the Damned (tribute to Iron Maiden).

And on with the show! A crowded stage, a crowded room, a great night!

William "Fro" Mustaine sez, "Can YOU put a price on peace??! Especially so close to Haight/Ashbury..."

Marty "Vic" Doty struttin' his stuff! The stage was a bit cramped, but there's always room for Vic and his alien friend.

Dave Scott Chedrick Samuelson not only behind the drums, but behind everything else!

Melanie "Mellefson" Sisneros takes some of the blame for the technical difficulties experienced that night. It seems that she kept accidentally pulling Fro Mustaine's cables out of his rig. Ooops.

Flyer Gallery: A great flyer assembled by Bay Area Tributes for the evening.

Special thanks to Carol Anderson for snapping these pix and to Lynda and Eric for having us out and letting us invade their home!
