Hangar 18 was pleased to return to the friendly and opulent Santa Fe Station Casino for another metal night. The Chrome Room has a state of the art stage, sound, and crew, not to mention a kick-ass crowd!
Our name in lights!
The stage is set, awaiting Metal to commence.
...And commence does the Metal!
Front and center stage is presided over by William "Fro Mustaine" Rustrum.
One cannot overstate the sheer presence of Dave Scott Chedrick Samuelson and his arsenal of Mega-drums.
Shredding on stage left and leaping past technical difficulties without even breaking a sweat is Marty "Vic" Doty.
Last but not least, on stage right, is Melanie "Mellefson" Sisneros, proving that size is just a number.
Hangar 18 played some favorites, debuted some recent setlist additions, and also dusted off some tunes that haven't been played in a while, like "My Last Words".
Fear not... Fro Mustaine did not shrink due to exposure to toxic chemicals found at Area 51.
... Nor was Dave Scott swallowed whole by the mechanical monstrosity of metal.
Three Megadeth-hedz in a row...
Axe them no questions, they'll tell you no lies...
Flyer Gallery: Jackpot! Melanie Sisneros designed this flyer with an old Las Vegas theme. She didn't actually win anything in Vegas, however.
Special thanks to Carol Anderson for snapping these pix!
