Hangar 18 live at Brick by Brick
San Diego, CA
March 28, 2003
Hangar
18 returned to San Diego for a headlining show at Brick by Brick,
an awesome metal venue which hosts both local and national touring
acts on its spacious stage. The bill included our friends, Hell
Patrol, San Diego's tribute to Judas Priest, in their encore
show. Hangar 18 would like to wish the members of Hell Patrol
the best of luck in their future endeavors!
The
show also included The Spirit of Rush, a tribute to Rush.

In addition to the killer lighting rig available at the venue, Hangar
18 brought along some extra lighting and smoke effects, which made
for a great stage show! Special thanks to Anna Yost and Ron Vander
Dussen for making this possible.

Rattlehead Enjoys Arrowhead: Also joining us on
stage was this kind fellow, Mr. Vic Rattlehead. Vic refreshes with
a bottle of pure,
clean, natural Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water while he displays
a radioactive skull. Vic is the handiwork of master propsmith, guitarist
Marty Doty. And yes, that *is* one of Marty's suits Vic's wearing.

Speaking of Mr. Doty, Hangar 18 is pleased to welcome him as an
official member of the band! Marty will be sharing lead duties with
original guitarist Michael Johnson -- look for Marty *or* MJ at a show
near you! Welcome aboard, Marty!!
Artful photography from the talented eye of Miss Carol Anderson.
THIS is why the man is called "Fro"...
Mellefson grits and grins in a rare moment of standing still. The
spacious Brick By Brick stage had her frollicking from one end to
another all night like a kid in a playground at recess.

BEER GOOD! says drummer Dave Scott Cedrick Samuelson.
Flyer Gallery #4: The Brick by Brick flyer features
Vic Rattlehead from the Peace Sells cover with live shots of Hangar
18 collaged faintly in the background. The flyer was designed by
Melanie Sisneros.
Special thanks to our Mega-Crew, who travelled down
to San Diego with us on a Friday night: Anna Yost, Ron Vander Dussen,
Jeff Fahnestock, and Carol Anderson.
